These photographs were taken in Northern Michigan. This specifically is a vineyard near Harbor Springs, Michigan. I love this place because of the pretty views and the memories oath my family that I have there. On the day the I took these photos it was very windy and I was hoping that wouldn't show in the tress. Also I was worried man made objects would be seen, but I fixed this by cropping the photos.
Purple Flowers |
Pretty Anemones |
These flowers were planted along a man- made trail I was walking on in Ann Arbor. These flowers really stuck out to me because of their vibrant colors and the way none of them are the same. When taking theses pictures there were a lot of potential distractions. For instance, there were other flowers and the trail. None of these things were included in my photos but if they were I would have cropped them out.

Balcony Overlook |
This is the view off of the house that I stayed in in Colorado. I think that this is very pretty and I really liked the sunset in the back. I think that the biggest challenge I had when doing this shoot was distracting things. Even though there are a lot of things in these pictures I think they balance out well. I also struggled making the pictures look different. I attempted different angles.
Mexico Plants |
Cenote Walkway |
These images were taken in the Mexico at a cenote that I went to. I went on a hike and took these pictures. I love all the plants and cool rocks that build these areas. It makes me sad that, because people are constantly walking in these trails, the rocks are worn down. When I took these it was very bright out and I struggled with the lighting.
Cenote |
Mexican Blue Water |
These pictures, as well as the ones above, were taken in Mexico. But these images are actually in the cenote. I have always thought these are so beautiful and interesting. The water is very blue and very pretty. When I took the second picture I struggles because I wanted to get the lily pads underneath but didn't want a blurry, extra zoom picture so I actually took my camera into the water.
